2009 PV Club Fall Newsletter
Invited by Pleasantview Tennis Club, our Councilor Shelley Carroll, Budget Chief of City of Toronto, visited our club on June 22, 2009. The club introduced to her our efforts in rebuilding the club and making the club a fun place to the community. The councilor showed her support to the club effort to reconstruct our courts to provide a safer place to play.

The 2009 PVTC Club Single and Double Championships were played on Sunday Sept. 12 and Sept 19. Over 30 players participated in the Men’s Single event and 16 pairs played in the Men’s Double event.
Thanks to Davis Fang and the other volunteers efforts in successfully organizing the wonderful events! Thanks to your participation and support! We’ll see you on the next championship.

2009 Fall AGM (Annual General Meeting) will be held on Saturday October 24, 2009 starting at 2:30 pm at Pleasantview Tennis Club House.
