PVTC - your community tennis club located in the ClydesdalePark is offering a low-cost set of after-school
tennis progammes again this season to the community. Juniors between the ages of 6 to 18 years old with different play abilities are welcome to join. Your kids will develop physically and mentally by participating the
fun and safety focusing activities. The cost for registration is $55 per person. The registration fee will cover:
• A session of 6 one-hour lessons and
• A junior membership at the club for 2009 season (regular value of $30)
The Beginner (Ages 6~12) program is designed for juniors with no previous experience with the game. Basic
aspects of the game, fundamentals of strokes development and court rules will be covered. The emphasis is on
having fun and getting some exercise on the court.
The Intermediate (Ages 13~18) program is designed for players with some prior experience with the game
and want to improve their skills including forehand, backhand strokes, consistency and strategies of playing
the game.
The Advanced players who wish to further develop their skills and level of play may choose to join our junior
team to play in the NYTA junior league.
· Each group will have minimum of 6 to a maximum ob 8 children per instructor.
· Lessons will be given once a week, add $25 if you wish to attend twice a week
· Students may use their own racquets or purchase one from the club
· Lessons cancelled due to bad weather or statutory holidays will be made up at the end of the session
· PVTC reserves the right to cancel any group in the event of insufficient enrollment.

manner whatsoever, for any injuries sustained by the above named child while participating in a tennis program, or otherwise
in or about the premise of PVTC.
I understand that there is a $5:00 fee for any participant-requested refund initiated before the fist class. I also understand
that there will be no refunds after the first class has started.
Privacy Clause: Information on this form is collected in order to register and for communication with members. This information will be shared with the North York Tennis Association, Toronto Parks and
Recreation and Ontario Tennis Association as necessary for permit requirements.
